Hi guys, I've decided to make a thread since I have searched and tried different solutions for a few hours now with no avail.

Hardware:
Msi z77a-gd65 mobo
intel i5 3570K cpu
nvidea gtx 970 gpu
GreenMe 650W psu
Samsung pro 128gb ssd
hyperX 1866mh 16gb ram
noctua dh-14 cooler

Ok, a little bit of backstory.
Last week I decided I wanted to upgrade my pc performance without spending too much, so i decided to overclock my i5 and purchase a new gpu, ram, and cooler. My noctua cpu cooler came in first, so I installed it and tried to overclock right away. I got stable 4.2ghz at 1.170V. It was working fine, temps were great, so I tried 4.3ghz at 1.180V, and it bluescreened, so I decided to leave it untill I get my gpu. Once I got my new gpu and ram, I tested everything out at 4.2ghz and everything worked great with low temps. Only untill I tried to go to 4.3 again did things go bad.

I tried 43 ratio at 1.180V, and it bsed, so i rebooted and tried 1.190V, bsed again, so I tried again with 1.200V, this time it got to windows and I got a system 32 error "desktop not found" or something similar. I could not interact with it at all So I shut down. when I went to boot up again everything turned on like normal, except the gpu, and I got no response to the monitor.

I tried reseting cmos 2 different ways both with no success. I tried taking out the gpu and booting from the integrated mobo graphics, and i tried booting with 1 ram stick and no hard drives connected. All the pins and connectors and Batteries are in place like normal. I'm quite sure the psu is functioning because it powers all the fans and leds, but my keyboard and mouse do not turn on.

All help welcome, I will reply today in about 15 hours. Thanks.

You might have to accept the fact you physically damaged the CPU or motherboard... as to which one, hard to say. And as to why you had to overclock a 3rd gen intel i5 I have no idea.... I have an Intel i5 2500K, got it back in 2011, the CPU still runs great to this day, still super fast, on newer games I can start to feel the CPU's age but nothing major... so all I can do is just shake my head at this...
