How do i adjust my fan speeds!?

I have a gigabyte Z170-HD3P & i would like to know how to adjust my fan speeds! I can't find the option in my BIOS... my BIOS version is F2.

Can anyone here give me a hand? I've seen people do it through the "APP Center" through Gigabyte but all i get when i open it is this... https://imageshack.com/i/poyuYy8Tj
