I have an older pc which couldn't catch up with a few game titles today, I needed a PC cheapest possible (with space for upgradability) that can run my favorite gamea like call of duty advance warfare/ modern warfare 2, payday the heist/ payday 2, cs go and rainbow six siege. Much appreciation. (Pls include windows)

a good build would be something like this for the games you want to play and it will play games into the future for a few years:

i5 6600k
Asus strix gtx 970 or if you want a cheaper gpu the asus strix gtx 960 (asus strix because they sare my favourite type, you cna choose whatever one though)
240 GB ssd ( i like the kingston ssd's, but again its your choice for whatever brand)
1 TB HDD (I would choose the WD blue)
Asus b150m-a d3motherboard (a more high end one would be asrock Z170 Pro4. the first listed is the cheapest)
good ram would be ddr3L yes L, all this stuff about skylake cpu's and ddr3 it is sfaest to just get ddr3l some good ram would be crucial 4 GB 1600 mhz but get 2 of them or for a better experience two 8 GB models of...

a good case would be corsair obsidian 450D ( it has a nice big window to show off your pc.
corsair 650W gold rating psu ( good for future proofing).
windows 10 home 64 bit

thats about it this will be a good pc and will play all games at 1080p at over 60 fps and if you go with the gtx 970 it will play a lot of games at 4k 60 fps.
hope this helped
