Triple Buffering + V-Sync On or + V-Sync off?

My gpu is an nvidia gtx 750 ti 2 gb oc edition and i turned on adaptive v-sync and triple buffering. So my question is, since i turned on triple buffering, should i also leave v-sync on? Or should i turn it off? And will both turned on take a toll on my GPU?

Either use vsync and triple buffering or adaptive vsync. Not both at the same time. If you are having screen tearing issues, use adaptive vsync.
