Cabinet for watercooling used for air

So, my question is actually really simple.
Would it be possible to use a watercool cabinet for aircooling ?

I know the airflow wont be superb compared to a made for aircool cabinet, but since i dont OC or anything else besides playing cs:go would it be possible ?

It should work just fine on air cooling also.
The term "ready for water cooling" just means that the cabinet has planned for placement for water cooling radiators.
