Hi
Could anybody please explain to me exactly what I do not understand regarding the WD My Book and its related software for safecopying?

I am tryng to safecopy files to the WD drive, using the WD Smartware Pro software. In this app I selected the directories on the hard drive I want to have safecopied (My whole "My Documents" folder, "Pictures" etc), and started the copying process, it seemed to work, the progress bar was going, and after some hour or so it said "safecopying finished".

But where are the files?

The WD drive is mapped to h:\mybook, but when I open that folder in the file explorer I see only the $RECYCLE.BIN folder, folders "Locale", "Extras", "System volume Information", + some WD related folders, like "WD Apps for Windows" and that's about it.
Do I need to set some access rights or so?

If I look at the "MYBOOK(H:)" symbol in the WD Smartware Pro software GUI, it says I have 156.6 GB consisting of files there, + "additional files" 20.9 GB. But I can't see them.
I have tried to restart everything, but same problem :-\

Best Regards
Perry

Hi again!
Finally I figured it out myself. It was a "Next" button in the WD Smartware Pro GUI I missed, that lets you choose individual files to retrieve, and where you see the whole saved folder structure!
