Graphics Card: AMD radeon R9370 2GB

http://prntscr.com/aq1zw5

Getting this pop-up when I try to access the AMD graphics profile on my computer. I have been using this computer fine for about two months so far. (purchased it 2 months ago from best buy). My driver is up to date. How do I fix this?

The only thing I can think of that I did is I downloaded Microsoft framework 3.5 for gaming, but that was almost a month ago.

And If I am to uninstall my drivers and reinstall them how would I go about that? >.< I am pretty much a noob when it comes to computers so I don't want to mess anything up. Help much appreciated thank you.

edit: Just noticed this issue TODAY. And can't think of anything that might have caused it
