Is my psu powerful enough ? or compatibility issues ?

My pc and then my psu is a http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1 . Right now i have a problem i have these parts all fitted and when i start the pc and put the windows disk in it will show the windows logo then blue screen. Is there any compatiblity issues here ?

Should be fine. Try 1 stick of RAM at a time and let us know if it makes any difference

What GPU are you using. The issue wouldn't be the mother board or CPU as Skylakes are very power efficient, Try booting with the graphics card out if you have one, if not just try getting to the bios before booting up windows. By any chance do you have any custom or after market cables because that may be an issue.

*Make sure whan you take your grpahics card out switch the display cable to the on board graphics on the motherboard back I/O

I have a gtx 970 4gb
and have tried with it unplugged and no different, What could cause this error the Ram ? i still got that feeling that both ram sticks are faulty or somthing, or the cpu is faulty. Unless of course there is a compat issue

There are no compatibility issues and the power supply is fine, it could be the ram try putting them in different slots and try one at a time, also are you able to get into the bios, and are your hard rives installed properly, is your CPU brand new or second hand, I don't think it would be the CPU though

Everything is brand new, i have tried changing rams round the slots everything, i can boot into the bios yes. I have tried with the hdds and ssds and without but as soon as i get to the windows logo on the boot cd it stays on it for about 15 seconds then blue screen flashes up and the system restarts. Im getting the he cpu and ram changed as i have already had the motherboard replaced and it didnt fix it so im going to try the cpu and ram but in the mean time anything else i should try ?

Its probably the ram I wouldn't think its the CPU

Maybe its the disk, if you can somehow get windows maybe booting off a flash drive will work, but i don't think anything much else can be done
