Cooling the AMD FX-8350 (noisy stock cooler)

I bought the AMD FX-8350 CPU a few months ago to be able to stream League of Legends at 720p/60fps. It did the trick, and I can actually stream now, but the noise the CPU stock fan makes is literally driving me crazy. I'm using open headphones to listen to my music, and I can hear the fans through my headphones very clearly, even when I'm listening to music. At idle the fans run at 4000 RPM, while under load it goes up to 6000 RPM.

I've been thinking about getting an AIO CPU cooler, but I'm not sure if it's needed. I'm not thinking about overclocking anytime soon, because I don't plan on playing any other games or doing anything that requires the CPU overclock. I just want to be able to stream and not have that noise that drives me insane.

My question is if the famous Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO would make my rig quiet while streaming, or if I should invest some more money and buy an AIO cooler like the Corsair Hydro Series H110I GT / Cooler Master Nepton 240M / ...

(More info about my rig etc can be found in my previous thread: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2905820/cpu-upgrade-year-system.html )

Solution

I'll check on that, I just think it won't fix my problems when streaming. It might fix my idle RPM's though.

Edit: just booted my computer and the idle RPM is about 2000, which is completely fine for me (audio levels, that is). At 3000 RPM it starts to annoy me. I'm guessing that the Cryorig H7 will do the trick for me, since I've read it cools at about 1600 RPM.

I thought the hypermaster was the go-to for aircooling. I could get the Cryorig H7, costing me 50 euros instead of 38 euros, but my question still stands then: would it be able to cool my CPU enough while being quiet?

It's less expensive, but it isn't quite as good.
