Is a i5 3350p @3.6GHz max 3.7 boost the same or better as a i5 3570k?

I am curious if there are other differences between processors of the same series and category than frequency. I've overclocked my i5 3350p by raising the basic clock speed in the bios. It's been very stable(I have this setting for almost a year and no BSOD) and the temps are also quite good (under 55-56*C) due to my CM T4.

Solution
They are the same architecture, so performance should be directly related to the clock speed.
At the same clock, you will get the same performance.
