Motherboard 'reloads' before booting into OS

Hi,
So I've always had this problem where my motherboard restarts it self like 2 times before the computer actually boots - it shows the the BIOS screen like twice and it takes like 10 seconds for it to actually start loading the OS.

I've always had this problem, but I've only just started looking into it.

The motherboard I am using is the Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3

Are you overclocking or using a memory profile that is other than the default speed? Have you ever updated the bios? If you're not on the most recent bios version, I'd do so.

I haven't updated to the recent BIOS, and I haven't tinkered with anything other than the UEFI overclocking features...

I am on the ASUS website and it asked me for my OS - I am currently using Windows 10 and there is no option for it??? Should I go with 'other'?

Also, I can see that there are multiple options for the BIOS update. Should I install all of them, going from the last one to the most recent one or should I install only the newest one?!?

Windows 10 is not officially supported by ASUS on that board, which is likely the whole problem. I'd still update to the latest bios. This:
