Installed everything into the case (didn't preform a test boot) and tried to power it on. only power LEDs came on for the graphics card and motherboard. after pulling out the power supply and doing the paper clip test, Its fan didn't spin at all. I figured that was my problem. after RMAing the power supply and installing the new one, same problem.. I didn't test the new one. Should I test this power supply too? What should my next course of action be? It has a EVGA 850B2 80+ bronze PSU, an MSI Z170 motherboard, Geforce gtx 970 graphics card, Intel core i5-6600K processor, and a Zalman LQ315 cpu cooler. Thanks for the help!
