Hello
I recently bought new pc with 16gb ram ddr4 2133hz. I tried to put them in A2 and B2 ram slots and only B2 ram was showing in bios. Then i tried A1 and B1 and only A1 ram worked.

My motherboard : Asus z170 pro gaming
My CPU : i5 - 6600k
My Windows : 8.1 Pro

CPU-Z says its single link. Can anyone help me ?

2x8GB or 4x4GB, regardless, might try loosening the cooler then snug it down to screw tight. If it's two tight in a corner or side it can throw the MC (memory controller) off. If no joy with that, can try raising the DRAM voltage + 0.05

Not yet. But I am sure that both sticks works. In the first test [A2 B2] worked only B2 and in the second test [A1 B1] worked only A1. I switched A2 to A1 and B2 to B1 on second test so both sticks worked once. Do I still have to try them individually ?
