I may do some light over clocking in a few years, but definitely not any time soon. Would the PSU be able to take this load?

The PCI wifi card seems shorter than the PCI sockets on the motherboard, is this an issue?
Also, I'll have 3 chassis fans and the motherboard only takes 2. Can I just plug the extra one into a molex on the PSU using an adapter?

You don't need 650w at all with an R9 380 4gb, but I think you could afford i5+ GTX 970/R9 390 with the right balance in components, like this for example:

there are two lenths of pci slots. this mb has the right two slots on the bottom for sound or wifi.
for the gpu you picked out want a 650w for min.

By leaving out case fans and balancing other components you could get an i5 + GTX 970 for the same budget. Wouldn't you prefer to max performance for your budget? Anyways I don't expect the PCI WIFI card to be an issue, it should fit just fine.

And actually you need to have 3 case fans, 2x on the front and 1x on the rear for outtake.

I don't understand your changes. 650w psu, ok. but the change from Z97M Pro4 to locked H97M Anniversary....?

R9 380 4GB would be good enough, easily, with 550w besides that tho.

If I need a 650w PSU, does anyone have any decent modular recommendations? (I want tidy as possible cable management and considering its my first build, would modular be better?)
