Could i host a minecraft server with this?

So i got this off ebay and did not notice that it was server ram. so if i buy the server box thing could i use this to host a minecraft server and/or other game servers? if i can how much would i have to learn about it to be able to use it? i can set up pretty much any server on windows is there a windows server OS?

1. Yes that could host a small Minecraft server.
2. You would just have to learn how to setup a minecraft server (or other simple game server, i.e CSGO) and how to setup port forwarding on your router and in Windows. (start googling and start reading, i'm not gonna write a guide for you, they already exist)
3. Yes there are specific server versions of Windows, but you don't need them to host a server. Those OSs are for having fancy network things like a Domain, Email, File Server, ect. You don't need those unless you're networking a bunch of computers together so they can all be controlled from the same location.
