i recently bought these parts

and problem at first boot was no video signal from the hdmi/vga ports.
later i discovered there is no power in my usb flash stick which has windows os.
my flash stick has red led on it when it has power. but on this mobo, and front panel usb's the Led wouldnt come on unless stick the usb in/out few times. but once that led on flash stick is on , i can set the psu power to off and unplug the whole psu cable from wall, my flash stick will still have that led on then.
also affter attempting to clear CMOS with the pins provided by default on this mobo, whenever now i turn on the psu on system will start automatically without me pressing power button on case.
please help ASAP, i need this build done and ready soon as i can
any suggestions are welcome.
