1) Get 750W G2 instead.
2) Consider an SSD.
3) Skylake i5 is enough if you are not gonna do heavy multi-threaded workloads.
4) Consider a better monitor. Maybe IPS or 144hz LN panel. You can get a fancy ViewSonic IPS display for $130.
5) If you want to overclock, get Cryorig H7 (better than 212 EVO) and Z170-A from Asus.

SSDs are way faster and more reliable. A 250GB SSD can be bought for around $65-70 so they are not too expensive now as they used to be.
