Release Day Of PowerColor TurboDuo R9 290X???

So I need to know the release date of this card because I am able to buy a broken one for $80usd, and since the warranty on the card is only 2 years I need to know if I can send it in to powercolor for repair. Unfortunatly the seller bought it as a prebuilt from a friend, so he does not have the box, or the receipt. If the card was released around april 9th 2014 I am 100% good. I would really appreciate it. For some reason I cant find the release date while searching google, so thats why I am here

Well, if there's no receipt/invoice then there will be no warranty: http://powercolor.com/us/support_warranty.asp

This warranty is valid for 2 years starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner of this products and may not be transferred if the product is to be resold or transferred ownership.

thanks. I didnt know this. most companies support transferable warranty, but i guess powercolor does not. Thanks for the help
