Will my i5 intel 750 2.7ghz bottleneck a hd 6870?

I'm planning on getting a HD 6870 sapphire for 38$ for my PC just to run csgo 1080p med settings. I have an i5 Intel 75 2.7ghz CPU and I was just wondering if it will bottleneck the gpu. I've got 4gb ram, but not sure about other specs.

You won't run into a CPU bottleneck with that graphics card, the first gen i5s at stock clocks won't start holding back GPUs in any major way until you start get into GPUs a lot faster than the old Radeon HD 6870, which is barely an entry level gaming graphics card these days, though it will handle CS:GO just fine.
