[More details below] I need your help!, previously i've came here on Tom's Hardware, to tell you guys
a problem that is making me crazy. and this issue is already up. i found some details about this problem. And before going on. i would like to tell you guys what this problem is. The Problem is making my computer never turn on with Dual-Channel
Memory sticks, i already tested on Single-Channel, and the same thing happens. but i found out that with 2gb of RAM. my PC
can turn on normally, and i already tested in both bus. and the only way to turn on my PC with my 8gb ram, just removing
the Mobo's Battery and put it back, and after it turning on the PC, but if i turn it off, my computer doesn't turn back again.
to do this i need to repeat the process. Today i bought 2 memory sticks from Corsair's Vegeance (8GB). and also it's not working yet.

What i've done?
-I've tried changing VGA
-I've tried changing Power Supply
-I've tried changing RAM
-I've tried changing Bios Battery
-I've tried changing Hard drivers
-I've tried changing Battery (H61 didn't turn on)
-Jumper CMOS
-I've tried cleaning Socket
-I've tried cleaning RAM's Bus
-Update Bios (UNSUCCESSFUL)
>I've tried update my bios, but it doesn't work, i don't know the actual reason, but when i try to install the update.
while "Flashing" the percentage stays on 0%.

PC's Settings
-Mother board: H61M E22/W8 (upd+ - this component fails)
-Processor: I5 3470 3.2ghz
-Graphics Card: PNY GTX 670 2GB (With 6-pins adapter)
-RAM: 2x4gb VEGEANCE 1600mhz (8GB)
-Power Supply: Corsair CX 430w (BOUGHT IN OCTOBER/2015)

Recent Windows Errors:
-in April 5th while playing Rainbow Six Siege, my Computer crashed, showing "page file nonpaged area error".

I hope that someone, could help me somehow. Thank you

[UPDATE!]

I Found a way to turn on my computer!. what i need to do is basically turn on the PC, so it's gonna give me no video. then i just turn off using power button and after i just unplug the power supply cable, and plug it again, then immediately turn on taping on power button again. This is the only way that i found out to turn my PC on.

i've already checked the temperature of some parts on mobo, and PHC is getting 248°F, here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/ar0z3b .maybe the sensors is not working 100%.

[UPDATE+]

Unfortunately my mobo stopped reading my 2gb memory stick, tomorrow i'm gonna buy a liquid able to clean all contacts, and i'm gonna mount everything back. and if this doesn't work, i'll buy a new one.

Good point but definitely not his problem. Power issues may have caused his crash in R6 he mentioned at the end, but nothing to do with this issue.

HeltonFonias, what happens when you try to start your PC with the new RAM in it? Does it make any beeps or anything like that?

Ok but with the new RAM what happens? You only see 2gb, or it doesn't boot, or what very specifically does it do?

Ok so to me between it not reading the new RAM and the fact you can't flash your BIOS, I think your motherboard is bad. At a minimum you need to get it back to MSI for them to fix the BIOS. That might cure your issue. But I don't see a way for you to fix this on your own.

i just touched on the PCH, and my finger was cool, it's cold man. i think the sensors is dead. not actually the PCH, with 120C probably it would get burnt. :v

i'm interested in a Asrock Z77 pro 3. that a friend of mine is selling by 380R$ (brazilian currency) converting to dollars, 180$ dollars. what do you think about it. also i'm looking for another mobo that actually is not a H61 series, some friends told me that this series is not secure to the things that i'm doing, like rendering videos and playing so much games. :v
