I installed riva tuner And I Am now to over clock.. I need the correct over clocking speeds .. Please

Try increase the Core clocks by 10Mhz each session and check for stability by running any demanding games to make sure there is no visual artifacts or crashes. Keep increasing the core speed by 10 mhz till the game displays visual artifacts or games crashes. After you found the maximum stable core speed, do the same procedure for memory clocks too. If you are using Windows XP you could try the good old ATITool for easier automatic overclocking.
That would have been a great question to ask tomshardware forums in early 2004, I doubt anyone here remembers exact numbers.
Your best bet is to start off with a small 5% increase in GPU Overclock, stress test the video card to make sure there are no stability issues then do another 5% until you see artifacts or instability issues.

Next do the same with your Graphics Card's RAM.

By the way I brought the NVidia FX 5200 in January 2004.
