My PC is getting stuck from starting

From last five days my computer is being stuck from starting, when is turn on the computer it'll get stucked and I can't even turn it off. Even if I want to turn it off I must turn it off by holding the power button on the CPU. I tried by keeping the PC turned on but it was no use. What should i do?
This is my PC spec
Intel Dual Core E5500 2.80Ghz
DDR2 2GB ram
320HDD
MSI G31TM P31 motherboard
No graphic card
450W PSU
Windows 10
Should I need any upgrades or something else?

still, you should replace your ram if possible. ddr2 rams are pretty powerless. but i think your mobo doesnt support ddr3 ram. so an upgrade would be costly. if everything runs ok, just go on...

sorry that i didn't notice that you used win 10, because this option is not contained in win 8 or 10.
so, you may check this link- http://www.tekrevue.com/how-to-enable-system-restore-windows-10/
and try system restore
