Hey guys, I was wondering if you all would be able to help me with TOSHIBA external drive issue. So when I connect my drive to my mac computer a blue light on the drive turned on, but the drive will not appear on my computer screen. The drive physical condition is still good except there is one needle that connect to the cord from the drive to the cord is broken. What can I do to fix this issues?

Remove the actual hard drive from the Toshiba enclosure and buy a third-party enclosure for it.
