yeah this power supply has plenty of power and connectors to run such a card .
if you don´t have that graphics card already it would be wise to consider getting gtx 950 instead ,
but that depends if you have a good enough processor and sufficient amount of ram .

It's more than enough power , the R7 360 , can be run from a decent 430w - 450w with one 6 pin PCIE.
