Recently my mobo broke.I've substitute it with the one in the tile .Tryed to boot from the original c drive (w7 os).It initiate the boot but did not finish it.Put another virgine drive and tryed to boot from w7 on a usb stick-error .Then i've found a old windows xp on dvd :finaly worked but not quite.Instaled the drivers from the disk that came with the mobo but i can't get the network card(intergrated)to work,seems to be dead.My gold is to use the original c drive.But why i can't instal the w7 from my disk image on the usbstick?What's the solution for my network repair?If i culd at least have internet !

the network chipset driver is there it wont install intill the intel chipset drivers are installed.

on the boot issue sometime it how the usb stick is made that causes issues.

try remaking it from a clean usb stick using this tool.
in the bios see if the sata or ide ports set to achi mode or ide mode. swapping modes will cause windows not to load. on the other drive you have to do a f8 safe mode boot if you can and remove all of the drivers to see if you can get it to boot into windows.

Downloaded the intel chipset from the link you gave me :The procedure entry point EncodedPointer could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.Instaled a iso mount program and changed the usb mem stick(with the w7 image on it) : i have to instal xp sp2 or i have to run it from the media drive(why?).Then i don't have idea where in the bios i should change the ports settings.I have to tell you the previos mobo was a foxconn (the cpu is the same core 2 quad).
