Cooling in Apple G5 case mod

Working on an apple G5 case mod - I've got 2 120mm intake fans in the front, and 2 80mm outtake fans in the back. There's no more room on the sides and I would prefer not to cut any holes in the top or bottom. Will this be enough cooling?
