i7-4790k Watercooling best options?

So my CPU is running hot lately for no reason anywhere from 30 degree's c on idle upto 60-70 degree's c when playing a game, so I was thinking about going with water cooling finally.

Any suggestions on which is the best?

So this is my current rig
Case: Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition Full Tower
CPU: i7 4790k MOBA: MSI Z97‑G45 GAMING ATX Motherboard ‑ LGA1150 Socket
GPU 980ti Hybrid [SLI]
PSU: Rosewill 1300 Lighting PSU
RAM: G.Skill RipJaws 32GB DDR3 2133


Currently upgrading 2 the 980ti's

So i plan on doing water cool with them as well
