I AM ABOUT TO RIP MY GOD DAMN HAIR OUT!, So this has been happening recently, I just put on my old gtx 980 cooler, because I hated the evga all in one cooler because of its coil whine and ugliness, anyway besides the point. All my fans during gameplay speeds up to %100 percent periodically AND ITS DRIVING ME INSANE. Pretty sure its a gpu problem
