I am getting ready to install a server in my home. On this server I am wanting to put a 6x2tb raid 6 array.
Now to my question: I am wanting to set up a point to point 5GB/s link between my workstation and the server for access to the samba share on the server. I was wondering if this was possible.
The idea was to place my steam library on the raid array.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
