70 FPS cap in every game

Hello,

I've had a 980 Ti for a few months and every since I started using it, I have had a 70 FPS cap. I have tried to check the NVIDIA Control Panel for some setting to fix it, but I can't find a setting to fix it. This cap happens in every game so I believe it has something to do with a software/driver issue. I have also tried to reinstall the drivers but that has not worked either.

Usually if there is a fps cap in games, that might be a setting that the games default to, but it's interesting that that happens in EVERY game, i would just check the settings of the games you play and try to see if they are capped at 70 fps, if that's not the culprit, i don't know what to tell you, but if I were you, I'd count my lucky stars if all my games stay at 70 fps constantly :p
