Good Value? Need opinions

Solution
No, not even 10%-15%. It's about 41%. I mean, the Antec Basiq PSU and the Fractal Design 1000 in the following build has better quality than anything in that CyberPowerPC thing. And I would never recommend anything with GT730.

EDIT: Oh, wait... I even included a GT730 instead of GT720! Well, still illustrates my point beautifully.
EDIT 2: AHHH!!! It's FX, not a Kaveri CPU.

Solution
If you will use it to browse the internet and do email it is OK.
Even then, I would insist on a ssd for windows.

If you want to do some inexpensive gaming, then no way.
FX has slow cores.
GT720 is not as good as skylake integrated graphics.
You will get a psu that is incapable of supporting an upgraded graphics card. They are silent on quality and wattage.
The motherboard will not likely be able to support a FX-6300 upgrade(which would be not much help anyway)
