No Internet After Reinstalling Windows 7

Hi, I recently reinstalled windows 7 to fix some issues and none of the other threads I've seen so far have helped to fix this problem. I get an error called "The error is no internet connection or network adapter installed"

It sounds like you just need to install the drivers for your network adapter. Are you using the ethernet adapter built into your motherboard or another device?

Sorry for the late response. I have a laptop, and yes my wireless adapter is built in. If installing the drivers will fix my problem how do I do that?

Look up the support page for your make/model laptop. Drivers should be available for download. Do so on another computer, save to CD/DVD/USB drive. Pretty easy. What make/model laptop are you using?
