Hi i just built a new pc and i have everything plugged in correctly but the pc seems to turn on and off repeatedly with no display. I tried plugging the gpu to monitor and onboard graphics both show no display and all the fans are working. On the first boot the gpu fan doesn't spin but when it turns off and turns back on by itself the gpu fan starts spinning so idk whats wrong. Also on the first boot it stays on for like a minute before turning itself of and on again then it turns on and off every 30 seconds
