Does the VisionTek Radeon 7750 2GB GDDR5 6M (6x MiniDP) need anything else to support 6 monitors?

i'm building a 6-monitor box from old parts that i'll stare at all day, and i need a graphics card.

i see the VisionTek Radeon 7750 on Amazon ($225) has 6 outputs, but the output ports look strange to me...i don't recognize them as HDMI ports or anything else...maybe they are USB? idk..

On the amazon page http://amzn.to/1MoGDw9 , it looks like the card comes with 6 dongle cables (4 port to HDMI, and 2 to DVI), and i assume these dongles will plug into the ports on the graphics card.

I have 6x 24inch monitors, and each has both HDMI and DVI input ports.

I'll be running each monitor @ 1920 x 1080
So my question is...other than the 7750 graphics card, will i need to buy anything else?

I have an ASUS P9X79WS motherboard, so i think the card will fit into an open slot.

This card only has 2GB of ram...is that enough to run 6 monitors? (no gaming, but the occasional video stream from Netflix)

Hello Steven, RGUIA2015 is correct, you will need at least 4 Active Mini DisplayPort adapters, or at least 4 Monitors that have a native DisplayPort connection. We do sell the adapters as well, so if you need assistance please feel free to contact us at 1 866 883 5411, M-F 8AM - 5PM. If you do buy the card, please remember to register as that is the only option to receive the full warranty for the card.

This card comes with 6 mini Display Ports. This card will only support up to two DVI or HDMI monitors without additional parts. For a 6 monitor solution using DVI or HDMI monitors on this card you will need at least 4 active mini Display Port to DVI or HDMI adapters. Please make sure an adapters you use are active as they look the same as passive adapters. I do know that Visiontek sells these as well and has a great US based support team. This card is designed for normal business or video wall use. As long as your application falls in these two categories, there should be no issues with the function of the card
