Best graphics card for me under 3.5k(3500 INR)

As the title say i want a gpu for this price can anyone please suggest me if u can provide any link of the gpu in amazon or flipkart with me that would also be helpful

My specs are :
i3 2120 3.30 Ghz
4gb ram
Intel Foxconn H61 Motherboard
500w PSU
1280x720 monitor 60hz refresh rate

Honestly you aren't going to get a GPU that is sufficiently more powerful than your iGPU to be worth it. The GT 710 is woefully underpowered and is barely better than the in-built HD graphics 2000. Save up for a GTX 750 Ti at the very least, which retails for around INR 10,500.

For your budget the cards available are max gtx 710 which cant even run games properly. What do you use your pc for?
I would suggest that you save up a bit more then upgrade,
