Hi guys, im just looking for some opinions on my search for a better fan for my evo 212, iv got it mounted to my precious new 6700k and thought i might buy it something nice, somthing to make it feel pretty and all that,
So
Im thinking of replacing the basefan with a Noctua IndustrialPPC NF-F12 ? Or is there something better ?

Yeh i have read the cryorig h7 is a good choice for the 6700k :) i went with the evo duo to low mounting pressure, duo to the chip being thin, so i want to put as little stress on it as possible :) im getting a fine temp. With the basefan, but want better, and also it seems there is a 1600rpm, 2000rpm and a 3000rpm of than fan model i posted, which one would be best ? I suppose the 3000 ? Has a 750-3000 rpm and a bloody high 109 cfm

on paper for sure 3000 seems like the fastest rpms.. i think alot of it has to do with your temp ranges as well and what your trying to achieve.. depending on the price points for those as well should help you make an educated decision. im not entirely sure of what your setup is like but ya i cant speak for noctua as i have no experience with them but certainly they are what everyone name drops around here :)

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cryorig-cpu-cooler-a40ultimate im getting this in the future i think

and a competitive price point with corsair http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-h100i

you could pay the 2$ more for the 110i gt but this has higher rpm

well from what i can gather, the NF F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM from noctua have a
7,63 mm H₂O static preasure, so i suppose it will do nicely on my evo 212 ?
