Hello Folks, I've been facing a problem, I had exams and when they finished after a month I opened my pc and saw a error "NIC Failure" but everything was working fine and after few days I downgraded my windows to windows 8.1 from 10 and it was also working fine then after few days I downgraded to windows 7 and now I can't access to internet it says Unidentified network, I tried windows 10, 8, 7, vista but none of them solved the problem, I checked the wire its okay, the modem is also ok idk what's the problem.
I connect with a wire, ethernet.
My problems are always solved by this website whenever I search my problem but this time I couldn't find any solution so making a topic, please help me.
