Graphics Card i want to use: http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-GeForce-Superclocked-Cooling-Graphics/dp/B00NSXYEQW http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-2974-KR

I have a Dell XPS 8900(16GB RAM, i7 6700k, Nvidia GeForce GTX 745, 2TB HDD) and i want to upgrade to an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 ACX 2.0 but I am unsure if it will work well.
Dell's website say the PC can handle up to 225 watts for a graphics card since this is the first upgrade i am doing on this pc, the GTX 970 on EVGA's website though says its max power draw is 170 watts?
(edit) I have a 460 watt power supply

Please respond and tell me if the GPU is compatible.

It will work but Since it is a prebuild the psu may not be enough good quality so it may work temporary....

I have seen other people put a GTX 970 in just fine, but I wanted to make sure so that I don't waste my money.
Thanks for helping!
