Best 120mm case fan under 5$ ???

Solution
Matsuhita (Panasonic) originally created the FDB bearing. It has exact specifications to it. It is illegal for other companies to use that bearing without paying licensing fees to Matsuhita. So you'll find many companies calling their fans FDB when they're not; many of them are just rifle bearing, some have completely crappy bearing designs.

For some reason I highly doubt that is an actual Matsihuta licensed FDB fan. It's most likely a fake FDB fan without the licensed FDB bearing, which are at times just like sleeve bearing fans falsely labelled as FDB. Of course for $5 a sleeve bearing is fine, but I doubt it's an FDB fan.

Beats me! I just saw that they were on sale. Aren't there many types of fluid dynamic bearings made by different companies? I don't think that they claim it is Matshihuta brand. Rosewill usually sells at an attractive price. I tend to believe them.
