Cpu frequency drops to 30%

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my cpu underload,the frequency drops to 30% and cpu usage drops to 10% usage while gaming for 10sec and then it goes back up to 90-100% frequency then my game runs good.
I hope someone can help with this problem.
Sorry for my bad english.

Power options are on High performance.
Cpu temps; idle 15C/ underload 30C
Gpu temps: idle 30C/ underload 60C

Motherboar: ASROCK N68C GS-FX
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: MSI R9 380 4G
8GB Kingston hyperx ram 1600mhz
1TB WD green hdd

Then it's normal for the VRM to cause throttling. The stock cooler blows on the VRM (only 3+1 phase with no heatsink), but your cooler doesn't, particularly if it blows towards the back and the VRM is on the side. Adding heatsinks on the VRM and using the stock cooler should resolve the issue. No matter what you do, you have to cool the poor VRM; otherwise it has to throttle the CPU to protect itself. There is a difference between being able to support a CPU and being able to keep it running at full speed; you also need to take into consideration that a cheap motherboard is designed to use the stock cooler or a similar aftermarket cooler.
