Strange port forwarding issue - only one port forwards

Hello,

I'm using a Virgin Media Super Hub 3 in the UK as my modem and router.

Trying to forward two ports (9480 and 9443). Add the rules and forward to an internal cloud server (in static IP mode).

Go to a port forwarding checker website (several in fact) and test both ports. 9443 is open; 9480 is closed. No differences in how the port forwarding rules have been set up between the two ports.

Photo of the rule screen inserted. http://

Have tried deleting the rules, creating them backwards, rebooting router - all no dice. Still only get 9443 open and not 9480.

Any thoughts?

There is a firewall on the hub, but the port forwarding on the hub should automatically bypass it (or at least there are no direct settings for the firewall that I can see other than having it on or off).

Firewalls on other PCs on the network shouldn't matter as this is to connect to a NAS cloud server that is directly connected to the hub (i.e. doesn't need any PC to be on to connect).
