could someone please upload the CUTSCENE_MASTERED_ONLY.rpf file, or maybe direct me to an already uploaded file.. help would be much appreaciated..
note i cant use steam to varify files like i do in RAGE or Bianary Domain or other such stam purchased games... as this is a g2a rockstar key

Oh Okay, no problem then i guess ill have to download the game again.. was hoping to avoid the lenghty download...
well since its the rockstar code i used my friends 7 disk version but he got the game nearly 2 years ago, so im guessing one of the disks are gone bad or something.. eh idk.. thanks anyways..
