Are you saying you already have an A10 78xx CPU, and you'd like to "upgrade" to an Athlon x4 860? If so, that upgrade is actually a side-grade or downgrade - the Athlon is actually the same GPU, just with the integrated graphics disabled.

I'm sorry, I'm not following. The A10 and Athlon x4 both have the same CPU portion, one just has an iGPU while the other does not.
FM2+ CPUs are relatively low-end, but will offer a decent experience in a majority of games. It really depends on what you're doing.
