I built a custom computer with F373D optiplex 760 motherboard. What is the right i/o panel and ribbon?

Air temperature sensor is part of the large DELL fan near CPU on the Optiplex 760. The ribbon cable is for the Power Button.

that is only a ribbon and the plug on the motherboard is thinner and longer than that one.
also I read somewhere that dell fans have a heat sensor and mine is dell E310. ISs that too old to have one?
It also said their is a heat sensor on the i/o panel to measure temperature outside the pc. Right now I turn it on via shorting the pins.
