I am getting dual 980tis for my PC. Should I buy directly from Nvidia website or buy a GPU from another brand (such as Asus, evga, etc). If so which brand and model do you prefer. (I am way underbudget on PC so price doesn't matter I just want the best one)

Solution
I generally tend to recommend MSI, great quality, performance, cooling, and support.
Other companies are good as well, EVGA has unrivaled service, Gigabyte rocks some of the fastest cards, ASUS cards are known to be fairly quiet and so on.
MSI is simply a good, steady middle ground.

buying two? get ones that blow out the back or are liquid cooled. or buy two of the best that can be added to a liquid cooling loop, meaning you can find water blocks for them. I have dual 780tis, they're msi boards with the twin frozr cooling system. I have a big case with lots of nice, powerful, and expensive fans, and I'm not liking the temps I get with the two cards when my ambient gets above 65. Temps are a big issue, if the cards get too hot, they'll throttle back on you.

The seahawk liquid cooled cards look pretty nice from my perspective.
