Hi guys! My PC now is having 4gb ram and it has ddr3 memory type and a bus speed is 1333MHz. I heard somewhere that in order to upgrade I just find another one with the same specs I mentioned to match the current one but how about the manufacturer? Does it matter to find one with same manufacturer 'cause I am not clear about that. The CPU-Z in my PC doesn't show anything about the name of the manufacturer. Many thanks to you!
My specs:
CPU: Intel core i5 3570 @ 3.4Ghz
GPU: HD 5670 GDDR5 512mb
Ram: 4gb
PSU: Acbel g500w pcb027
Oh I forget this my mother board: Gigabyte socket 1155 H77M - D3H

Solution
Well generally any ddr3 ram should work, but there is always the risk of it not working, that's why people suggest buying memory in kits. What is your motherboard? Personally I would look into the memory QVL and choose memory from there, but even better than that, open your case and take a look at the memory and see what brand/model along with full model number is.
