My Cannon LPB6000B is not recognized from USB port while installation.
1. I have tried both original CD driver and the latest Win 10 compatible driver on cannon website and none of them were useful.
2. I also have tried to update driver via Update Driver Software and none of the ways (Search automatically for updated driver software and also Browse my computer for driver software. ) have worked.
3. Windows Update was disappointing as well!!!
notes:
1.When I connect the printer to the USB port (I have tested almost all of the ports!) it is recognized as an Unknown USB Device
2. In Devices and Printers it is recognized as "Unspecified" and right click and troubleshooting is not useful to solve the problem
Any other ways to install it?
