Help required: Which will be a better system?

Hello,

I am upgrading my existing haswell system. Which of the following will be better for gaming, editing and office works.

System 1: System 2:
i7 4790 i5 4690
gtx 960 4gb r9 380 4gb

I will already have the following:

asus b85m g
8gb ddr3 1333mhz
wd 1tb blue
corsair vs550 watt

What do you ppl think? Please rate which one is better.

No idea how you compare both since i7 is around $100 more expensive than the i5 but the r9 380 should be no more than 10-20$ more expensive than the gtx 960. But I would go for the i7 if the prices are similar. i7 is just stronger and the gtx 960 is close to the r9 380 anyways.
