do i need the game code when reinstalling games on steam(i lost it)

okay so I need to uninstall and reinstall CS:go on my pc but I lost my Game code, do I need it to reinstall on the same steam account?

No. In fact, if you go to the game properties, there's a tab which contains the code should you ever need to enter it again (though most games don't force this anymore).

You can reinstall it directly from steam, without using a CD key so long as it is the same account, to play CS:go on another steam account, you'll have to purchase a new copy of the game, as that key which was used on installation with the other steam account will be registered to that other steam account, thus making it impossible to use with a different account.
