HWInfo showing multiple CPU readings?

Should i be concerned?
HWInfo has 4 CPU readings,2 are shown under the "CPU #0" and are called CPU 0 and CPU 0 Package, both have the same readings,17C when idle, and 30C when under load.
But,under the "MSI 760GM-P21(FX)" (the motherboard),i get 2 new CPU readings which are just "CPU" and there are two of them, under those two is the "motherboard" temperature.
The first CPU reading or let's call it CPU reading #1 has an idle of 26C (minimum) and 30C under load (maximum),while CPU reading #2 has an idle of 45C! and over 50C when it's under load! (It maxes at around 52-55C),also,the motherboard temp has the same minimum and maximum of 30C,but it did reach 33C when i was playing Crysis 2. I'm using an FX 6300 (i know this CPU is too much for this motherboard but i am currently not in a financial position to change it.) and an R9 380X,with a 700W B(Basic)700 (ver2) PSU. What do these CPU readings represent and should i be alarmed CPU reading #2 reaches such temperatures?,I am fully aware that my motherboard does not have any VRM heatsinks, but as stated,i cannot change it right now.

Solution
Typo = slows.

If the temps are good and the CPU runs 'normal' at idle, then you can test the system but running increasing load tests and watching the temps and the CPU speed. At some point you should see that the CPU temp and Thermal Margin is fine, but the CPU speed starts to drop or hold. This is a sign that the motherboard is limiting the CPU.

You can zip tie a case fan so that it blows directly on the VRMs and it will help. I just don't know how much.
Download the free AMD Overdrive and use that instead. Other software can be unreliable when working with AMD CPUs and temperature. Overdrive will give you the Thermal Margin and you can check to see if your CPU is being throttled by the motherboard, if the CPU sloes under load, but at reasonable CPU temperatures.

Already have overdrive, and the thermal margins never go under 30C,hell,it's actually 57C right now!
Also,can you redefine "sloes"? I'm guessing that's a grammatical error,sorry.
Do you mean slows? Or do you mean goes? Or possibly shows?
Though, yes,i do suspect my motherboard is throttling the CPU,it's loads are all over the place, jumping from 6% to 50% as i'm typing this up. Also, for the record,i'm using the 212 EVO as my cooler,it's a little dusty from the inside and 2 years old,but it's working like a champ.

Thanks for the answer!
Unfortunately,i already have an i7 6700K and Z170 Pro Gaming right now,i've upgraded around a month ago.
Now my motherboard temps never go over 25 C and CPU temps never go over 50 C,using the same 212 EVO,without other fans.
The motherboard had died and wouldn't work even after removing the CMOS so i had to change, thankfully i had 700 dollars ready!
Thank you,irregardless. :p.
PS - The old motherboard was really, really terrible,it did not have any VRM's to begin with!
